CHAGALL
Exhibition: 28.02 > 28.06.2015
Yes, we went to the exhibition of Marc Chagall in the Royal Museums of Fine Arts in Brussels. The first exhibition of my 2.5-year-old lady. Only getting there was a whole adventure. We had to go up and down in elevators and stairs; a guide showed us the way in the labyrinth of the museum. We had a deal. She could first walk (read: run) around and see everything. And when she was finished, she would sit in her stroller and we could slowly walk around. Blue colors and flying people got her attention. I loved it, she loved it too...
Afterwards, we saw a very nice children's book inspired by Marc Chagall, The Journey and the Cloud, with very nice illustrations and colors. The story is for when she gets older. But unfortunately, the shop was just about to close... So, sadly enough, we didnāt get the book... Only we were so happy when Daddy sent us the book from Africa with Amazon! After the museum, we went out for a drink in one of Mamie's favorite places in Brussels, CafĆ© Copenhagen. My girl got a big plate of fruit salad. Sitting and eating like a princess, we had a very, very nice Sunday!
